"The best and fastest method for visual correction of dive masks."

That's what HydroTac® Reading Lenses are being called.

HydroTac® Lenses allow divers to easily see objects at close range under water.

If you have difficulty reading your dive gauges or camera settings underwater, these lenses may be for you.

HydroTac® Lenses are installed without any adhesives, using just water

Molecular bonding allows the lenses to stay on any dive mask as long as you want them to, even when flooding your mask. This allows you to move your HydroTac® Lenses to different masks, or to different areas within a mask. Underwater photographers will find this beneficial.

Testimonials:

Hi Pam,

I just thought that I would drop you a short note to say that my wife and I visited the Surf Dive Action show in 2003 and were fortunate enough to find your Hydrotac stand there. I was immediately curious when I noticed the price tag for your lenses, which was $39.95 at the time I think. At the price these lenses were being offered and the fact that there is no need to modify my facemask was immediately appealing.

Well that was over a year ago now and I am still using my original set. I have been delighted with the results since I purchased the Hydrotac lenses at the show.

I have been diving since 1987 and I have been shooting with film since the early 90's and it has all been with a standard 35mm SLR. I have had some very pleasing results from that setup, but as time progresses, so does the technology. Over the years my eyes have deteriorated slightly, requiring that I use reading glasses for close work. This has not affected my diving except when it came time to "Accurately" read my guages or determine what "F-Stop" I am using.

In the last couple of years the digital cameras have been making a great impact in both topside and underwater environments alike. Unfortunately along with the compact nature of the digital cameras and the electronic viewfinders comes the difficulty if being able to focus accurately and differentiate between your settings.

Since using the Hydrotac lenses the frustration and guesswork of trying to squint at a 1" screen has been removed. It has increased both my diving pleasure and my "Artistic" capability.

This is the link to my website . Almost all of the pictures on here are taken with the Hydrotac lenses in use. See what you think....

Hi Pam:

Just a short note to let you know how your lens performed.  I attached them to my diving mask and allowed a couple of days before I used them.  We dived off Port Phillip Heads on a deep wreck called the Hygea - it lies at 60 metres, so a fairly serious dive.

The lens worked brilliantly!  I was able to read my computer better than before and completed the dive with less stress.

Thank you once again for making them available.

Regards, Adrian Lamb.

Dear Pam:

That is certainly good news that HydroTac® Reading Lenses are now available in Australia.

I have done about 40 dives (all warm water tropical) with mine now and just reckon they are lifesavers.

I haven't had an ounce of trouble with them in all sorts of conditions.
